As part of our consulting team, you will be at the forefront: As a Delivery & Reporting Services Manager (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that our EPR services are provided in a stable, efficient, and high-quality manner. In doing so, you will ensure that customer requirements are reliably met, workflows are designed to be scalable, and process optimizations are consistently implemented. In this way, you will make a decisive contribution to the performance of RecycleMe's EPR services business.

Your impact:
- You will manage day-to-day operations and ensure that services are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality—including continuous process optimization.
- You will lead a hybrid team, develop your employees, plan capacities, and ensure a professional, efficient working environment.
- You will design efficient processes, establish transparent information and reporting structures, and ensure consistent, tool-supported traceability of all customer orders and SLAs.
- In addition, you will coordinate resources and various internal interfaces and actively drive improvements in tools and processes.
- You will take on troubleshooting and reporting, identify problems at an early stage, manage escalations in a structured manner, and ensure transparent KPI and risk communication with stakeholders.

...has a university degree or equivalent qualification and has in-depth experience in the operational management of service-oriented, process-driven workflows.
...can demonstrate leadership skills in hybrid and international teams and, ideally, has already managed service, support, or operations teams.
...is willing to familiarize themselves with the EPR environment in a structured manner and can confidently handle complex, quality-critical requirements.
...has very good German and English skills and is experienced in working with M365 and modern information, workflow, or ticketing tools.
