As part of our consulting team, you will be at the forefront of our work: as a Consulting Projects and Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for effective project and resource management and will also act as the interface to the internal sales team. Together with your team, you will establish a high quality of consulting services. In doing so, you will combine operational and strategic vision with genuine customer focus for our processes.

Your impact:

You manage projects and resources and ensure clear priorities and smooth processes within the EPR consulting team.
You coordinate interfaces with sales, delivery, and other departments and ensure transparent information, clear standards, and high quality.
You lead and develop your team, create structure, promote methodological growth, and establish a collaborative learning culture.
You will ensure internal knowledge transfer within the team and in the Consulting department.
You will actively manage capacity utilization and performance with the help of key figures and KPIs, among other things.

...has the appropriate academic qualifications and can professionally manage projects and resources.

...has relevant experience in leading and developing teams—ideally in knowledge-intensive industries.

...can further develop working methods, processes, or knowledge structures and confidently prioritize them in dynamic organizations.

...is willing to familiarize themselves with EPR topics and relevant regulations in a structured manner as a technical basis for project organization.

...is confident working with M365, speaks fluent German and (very) good English, and ideally has international experience.
